Little Beauty Black Edition 2016

Pale yellow with green hues. Very aromatic; poached nectarines, passion-fruit, mealy grapefruit, cumquat, wild thyme and lime citrus.  Slightly creamy, rich in texture, complex (thanks to the ‘wild’ yeast) upfront, succulent.  To follow; caramelised citrus fruits, flinty lees, stone fruits. It’s wonderfully persistent, long and generous. A powerful and opulent wine.
