When it comes to Pinot Noir this concept rings true. Like your favourite song, played off 12" vinyl, there's romance and joy inside the bottle. Cherries, rose petal, Turkish delight and freshly turned earth. It's lean but complex like Pinot should be. Aromatics scream Pinot Noir and on the palate is a wonderfully tense tannin profile backed by dried herb, ground cinnamon and wood smoke. Pure in feel, there's some life ahead for the patient.
