Holmes Point Sauvignon Blanc 2015 (New Zealand)
Produced from fruit grown in Omaku, Wairau and Awatere Valleys, harvested in the early morning to preserve their flavour, then destemmed, crushed and lightly pressed with minimal skin contact. Fermentation was at low temperatures in stainless steel with selected yeast strains to preserve the inherent fruit flavours.
Aromas of nectarine, peach, citrus, gooseberry and dried herbs. With fruit driven with tropical fruit and citrus flavours producing a long clean finish.
